Learning Outcomes

YAY!

You have completed the Water Cycle Webquest splashingly!

You and your group members have learned that water is constantly moving through a cycle of condensation, evaporation, and precipitation! It never stops and always has and will be the same water forever.

You have learned that:

.....when water is heated it rises into the air as water vapor and that this process is called evaporation.

.....water stops in the sky where the vapor cools off and becomes water droplets in clouds; this stage is called condensation.

........when drops of water become heavy enough they fall to the earth as rain, sleet or snow. This stage is called precipitation.

Together, evaporation, condensation, and precipitation all form the water cycle!

In this WebQuest, you have learned what the water cycle is, the three main stages of it, how to take important notes, use water cycle vocabulary to fill in a diagram, and have taken an awesome water cycle quiz. By doing all these activities you have shown that you are now a water cycle adventurer and professional!

Congrats! You have done a water-ful job!
